Technocousmatic are a tribute to electro-acoustic musics, a reminder that any sound can be music but neither melodies nor rhythms should be ignored. Issued from a mix of basic rhythms, such as a techno beats considered simple and repetitive with a type of music considered by many to be too complex and obscure, the transition from one type of music to another illustrates how musicians, scientists and listeners tend to remain in social listening shemes, not giving enough credit to the search – and discovery – of music and sounds unknown or unusual for them.
